The administration and trade union committees of the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” reached the agreement on joint actions with regard to the forecast decrease of the turnover in 2009 due to the world economic crisis, decommissioning of the several facilities, reconstruction and optimization of the production capacities.

All measures are aimed at preservation of the personnel of the company and envisage non-solicitation of the outsiders for carrying out of the handling operations, cessation of new manpower recruitment, introducing of part-time schedules and etc.

At the same time the trade union committees and the workers of the group of the companies undertake to refrain from going on strikes and protest actions leading to the violation of the technological process and making demands to the employee resulting in additional financial obligations.
