Dockers of “First Stevedoring Company”, one of the companies of the group “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” have handled heavy-lift and out of gauge cargo -nuclear reactor for Nuclear Power Station in Rostov.
The equipment with the total weight of 320 tons and the height of over 5 meters were loaded on to the river vessel by the gantry, floating and automobile cranes.
The handling procedure for such cargoes and loading tackle was worked out by the specialists of “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”. During the last years it is successfully utilized in the group of companies.
