The specialists of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” completed the loading of the heavy equipment lot for the Indian power facilities with the total weight of about 3.1 thousand tons.

The latest loading operation onto the board of the motor vessel was accomplished by means of 2 shipboard cranes and lifting jacks. Among the other equipment dockers of the First Stevedoring Company loaded the stator for the reactor of Nuclear Power Station with the total weight of 350 tons.

 

Reference: Through the berths of the group of companies of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” about 40 shiploads of the equipment for the construction of the Nuclear Power Station in Kudankulam, India, were shipped.
