On 1 November 2019, Andrey Zubarev, Managing Director of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC, participated in the working visit of Saint-Petersburg Governor Aleksandr Beglov to the Kirovsky District of the city.

The Governor visited the Kanonersky Island where he assessed the Putilovskaya embankment repair and its new alley of lime trees planted by the personnel of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC and upper-formers of the local school. The activity had been held as part of the city landscaping and improvement month.
 
The meeting also featured Vice Governor of Saint-Petersburg Nikolay Bondarenko, Head of the Kirovsky District Administration Sergey Ivanov, Chairman of Saint-Petersburg Committee for Transport Infrastructure Development Sergey Kharlashkin and other officials.
 
According to the Governor, Saint-Petersburg will look different if everyone contributes a little to the city development.
