In January-September of 2014 OJSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (SP SPb) transferred 24.5 mln Rubles for the implementation of the environmental measures.
Within the reporting period the company performed monitoring of quality of waste waters and air, carried out works on treatment of water area near berths of SP SPb. In order to ensure safe handling of production and consumption wastes works on tracking of wastes, monitoring of places of their temporary accumulation and removal of wastes for their further disposal were performed.
Part of the funds was transferred for the technical maintenance of environmental facilities, reconstruction of heat and power complex and performing of design works on modernization of water disposal system.
