In the 1st half of 2016 financing of labour protection measures of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (SP SPb) amounted to 14.3 mln Rubles.  
 
Major part of the funds SP SPb transferred for reimbursement payments for work which is considered in accordance with requirements of Labour legislation of RF and provisions of Collective Bargaining Agreement as hazardous. In particular the expenses for additional payment to employees involved in such work amounted to 6.2 mln Rubles, payments for additional vacations amounted to 2.2 mln Rubles, reimbursement payments for milk products amounted to 0.4 mln Rubles.

2.5 mln Rubles were transferred by the company for medical services for its employees including medical examinations, 2.4 mln Rubles were transferred for renewal of individual protection means.

0.4 mln Rubles were expenses for inspection of special evaluation of working places in accordance with Federal Law Nr. 426 “On Special Evaluation of Labour Conditions”.

0.2 mln Rubles were transferred for training of employees on labour safety rules within the requirements of Ministry of Labour and Social Development and Ministry of Education of RF. In the 1st half in the respective training participated 97 heads and specialists of the company who are responsible for arrangement and safety of production process.

Besides in order to ensure safety of life and health of the personnel prior to any operations special instructions on labour protection are given on every day basis. Preventative measures related to violation of labour protection rules and injury rate are also taken twenty-four-seven.
