Within 9 months of 2014 OJSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (SP SPb) transferred 320.3 mln. Rubles for the implementation of the development programme.

 

The company transferred 232 mln. Rubles for the development of the port infrastructure and for technical re-equipment of the terminals. Main part of the funds – 178.3 mln. Rubles was used to purchase from lease two Liebherr cranes (LHM 600), operating in the port since 2012. The company also made an advance payment for two new Komatsu WA 200-5 front-loaders suitable for handling of alumina.

 

Lease payments for the equipment purchased by the company within the programme on renewal of the fleet of handling equipment amounted to 88.3 mln. Rubles.

 

In January-September of 2014 feasibility works related to the calculations of sanitary –protection area in the port were completed, reconstruction of heat and power facility and modernization of water disposal system of SP SPb were carried out. Telecommunication and server equipment of the company was also renewed, as well as the fire-fighting system.
