On December 3, 2014 at the general meeting the shareholders of OJSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” resolved to pay out dividends for 9 month of 2014 in amount of 338 Rubles 70 kopecks per one ordinary share. The right for receiving of dividends will be given the people specified in the shareholders’ register of the company dated December 14, 2014.
