Starting from September 22, 2010 Valeriy Fedorov, the Executive Director of the Managing Company Т.А. Management (Transport Asset Management), was appointed as temporarily acting as the Managing Director of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”.
On this position Valeriy Fedorov should accomplish the implementation of the project on joining of four joint-stock companies controlled by Т.А. Management. CJSC “First Stevedoring Company”, CJSC “Second Stevedoring Company”, CJSC “Third Stevedoring Company” will be joined to JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”.
Vitaliy Mishin, earlier acting as the Managing Director of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” changed his employment.
Sergey Kozlov, acting as the Managing Director of First and Second Stevedoring Companies was appointed for the concurrent position of Operations Director of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”.
Reference: Joining of historically and organizationally related companies controlled by one shareholder, performing its operations at the first, second and third cargo areas of the port and creation of the sole operator under brand of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg will make it possible to improve business management process and decrease managing and administrative expenses.
On August 30, 2010 the Board of Directors of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” resolved to hold extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the agenda of which includes the issue on reorganization of the company by joining to it of three mentioned stevedoring companies. Procedure of absentee vote of shareholders will be completed by October 11, 2010.
Feodorov Valeriy Petrovich Born in 1960. In 1982 he graduated from faculty of economics of Leningrad State University. Since 1988 – Vice-principal of State University of Tver.
Since 1993 г. – Valeriy Petrovich was appointed as the Deputy Head of Administration of Tver region, head of Committee on Property Management of Tver Region. Since 1998 – he became the Deputy of Legislative assembly and the Chairman of Accounts Chamber of Tver Region.
Since 2001– Valeriy Petrovich was appointed as PR Director of JSC “Novolipetskiy Metallurgical Works”.
In 2004 he was appointed as the First Vice-Governor of Lipetsk city.
Since 2009. – Executive Director of LLC “Transport Assets Management” (T.A. Management).
Kozlov Sergei Vitalyevich was born in 1963. In 1983 г. he graduated from Leningrad Nautical College and in 1993 – from the Odessa Maritime Academy majoring in “water transport operation”.
In 1984-2001 he rose from the stevedore to the General Director of JSC “Taganrog Sea Commercial Port”.
Since 2003 he worked in JSC “Tuapse Sea Commercial Port” as the Director for Strategic Development and then as the port’s General Director.
From March 1, 2009 he occupied the position of the Director of JSC “First Stevedoring Company”.
From March 1, 2009 Managing Director of JSC “First Stevedoring Company”.
From October 22, 2009 occupies a concurrent position of the Managing Director of JSC “Second Stevedoring Company”.
