On the 30th of June JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (SP SPb) hosted the ceremonies of the professional holiday – Day of Marine and River Fleet Workers.
A ceremonial meeting was held in the administration building of SPSP, where the company’s senior managers rewarded the best employees.
This year 144 employees of SPSP were honored with various industrial, government, corporate awards and titles. 2 port workers received the badges “Honorable worker of transport industry of the Russian Federation”, 3 workers – the acknowledgements of the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, 6 – the acknowledgements of the Transport Committee of Saint-Petersburg, 5 – the acknowledgements of Administration of Kirovskiy District of Saint-Petersburg, 10 – the letters of recognition by the Marine council of Saint-Petersburg Government, 4 – silver badges of JSC Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg, 83 – letters of recognition and acknowledgement of the Managing Director, 30 – the title of Veteran of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg.
Also, to celebrate the occasion, the bonuses were paid to the members of the port’s veteran organization.
After the meeting the managers of SPSP laid flowers to the monument “Creators and seamen of the Russian fleet” on Petrovskaya embankment, and the rewarded employees went on a Neva River trip aboard a comfortable boat. The port workers attended the festive concert in the Large Concert Hall “Oktyabrskiy”.
From the 29th of June till the 30th of July all workers and visitors of administration building of SPSP may attend the exhibition dedicated to the personnel of the company called “WE are the Port.
