Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg has supported its employees with schoolchildren by providing laptops to them. The new equipment with help proceed with the educational programme and let shift to distance learning if necessary.
On October 9, SP SPb Director Andrey Zubarev personally presented the gifts to some children.
“It is crucial for each child to have an access to the best education technologies. – he said. – I am delighted with the ability of such arrangements contributing to the educational process in epidemiologically challenging time. I wish the children study well to become high-end professionals. You are to start improving our country soon and I hope we are to see many points of pride from you”.
Under its social programme, SP SPb provides a consistent support to multi-child families of its employees, single mothers and parents of first-grade schoolchildren. The company also arranges educational tours for its employees’ kids several times a year.
