As a part of its social responsibility programme, Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC (SP SPb) has given financial gifts to peacekeeping soldiers employed by the company. The colleagues have been awarded on the occasion of the Day of Memory to hornour Russian citizens who discharged their duty outside the Motherland, which is celebrated in Russia on February 15.

 

30 years ago, on February 15, 1989 the last convoy of Soviet troops left the territory of Afghanistan. Now, it is a tradition to commemorate all citizens who had took part in armed conflicts outside the country.
