Due to delegation of powers of the sole executive body of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” to LLC “Management of Transport Assets” (MTA) from July 1, 2009, Vitaliy Mishin who earlier occupied the position of the First Deputy General Director – Director for Operations of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” has been appointed Managing Director of JSC “SEA Port of Saint-Petersburg”. The former General Director of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” Sergei Chelyadin will get a different job.

Mishin Vitaliy Vasilyevich was born in 1958 in Lipetsk Region. He graduated from the State Maritime Academy named after Admiral Makarov with the degree in “maritime transport organization and management engineering” in 1993. He worked as a stevedore since 1980 until 1994 and then became the deputy chief dispatcher of the Leningrad Sea Commercial Port. He occupied the position of the General Director of JSC “First Stevedoring Company” in 1994-1999 and worked as the General Director of JSC “Fourth Stevedoring Company” in 1999-2006.
Since 2006 he has worked as the Director for Operations of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (forms part of the group of companies Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg). He was appointed the First Deputy General Director of the company in February 2009.
