Due to delegation of powers of the sole executive body of JSC “Fourth Stevedoring Company” to LLC “Management of Transport Assets” (MTA) from July 1, 2009, Sergei Konstantinov who earlier occupied the position of the Director of JSC “Fourth Stevedoring Company” has been appointed Managing Director of JSC “Fourth Stevedoring Company”.

Konstantinov Sergei Vitalyevich was born on February 23, 1959 in Novgorod region. In 1980 he graduated from Leningrad marine college with a diploma in “operation of sea-going transport”. From 1980 he worked as the Deputy Head of cargo warehouse in Leningrad Sea Commercial Port. From 1999 he occupied the position of the Director of JSC “Fourth Stevedoring Company” (forming part of the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”). Rewarded with the badge “Honorary specialist of marine fleet” and the commemorative merit badge “15th anniversary of Northwestern customs authority”, as well as with the honorary title “Veteran of Saint-Petersburg port”.
