Due to delegation of powers of the sole executive body of JSC “First Stevedoring Company” to LLC “Management of Transport Assets” (MTA) from July 1, 2009, Sergei Kozlov who earlier occupied the position of the Director of JSC “First Stevedoring Company” has been appointed Managing Director of JSC “First Stevedoring Company”.

Kozlov Sergei Vitalyevich was born on April 10th, 1963. In 1983 г. he graduated from Leningrad Nautical College and in 1993 – from the Odessa Maritime Academy majoring in “water transport operation”.
In 1984-2001 he rose from the stevedore to the General Director of JSC “Taganrog Sea Commercial Port”. Since 2003 he worked in JSC “Tuapse Sea Commercial Port” as the Director for Strategic Development and then as the port’s General Director.
From March 1, 2009 he occupied the position of the Director of JSC “First Stevedoring Company” (forming part of the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”).
