The group of companies JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” established new Regulations “On badge of honor of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” in order to modernize the existing encouragement system in the group of companies.
The employees will be presented with golden and silver badges of honor for the contribution in working out of the measures aimed at the increase of work efficiency, structural modernization of production and for introducing of the scientific, inventive and rationalization activities. Besides the badge of honor “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” will be given to the workers who saved lives of people, sea machines and cargoes in complicated emergency situations.
The badge of honor will be presented to the outstanding port workers together with the diploma and a cash bonus.
