In 2007 an integrated security system will be implemented in the stevedoring companies of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”. It will enable to increase the security level at the port territories, and help to avoid theft of cargoes and other illegal activities. During 5 last months already functioning television surveillance system on the check-point and territories of the port helped to discover and prevent about 300 episodes of violation of regime and admission system. The integrated security system will include new technical means of the perimeter protection, control system and access management system on the transport and pedestrian check-points; modern automatic fire alarms and fire fighting systems. Total cost of works on implementation of integrated security system will amount to more than 38 mln. Rub.
