The trainers of Marine Recruiting Agency LLC (MRA) completed the specialized training course “Operator of a reachstacker – a telescopic container handling machine” for the employees of the diamond mining company PJSC “ALROSA” (the Republic of Sakha, Yakutia)
The training included both theoretical and practical courses, which were conducted at MRA’s premises in Saint-Petersburg during two weeks.
“Reachstacker is a new type of machine for Lensk division of Procurement Department of PJSC “ALROSA”, - says Alexander Bagin, chief engineer of Lensk division of Procurement Department of PJSC “ALROSA” – and, unfortunately, we have no experience of operating these machines. That is why we felt the need to train our employees in a third party company. The main reasons why we chose the training center of MRA included: first – MRA is a licensed educational center, second – they have vast experience in training of reachstacker operators, third – MRA’s theoretical knowledge and practical training facility ensure high quality of training”.
“The experts of “ALROSA” completed the short term version of programme – Leonid Avlasenko, head of MRA’s training center, explained, - however, despite short period of training we guarantee high level of education”.
MRA trains the workers in various port, road-building and warehousing professions. Today the graduates of MRA’s courses are successfully working in stevedoring companies and at major industrial facilities all over the regions of Russia.
