According to preliminary data tax payments of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” for the first half of 2008 have increased by 21% in comparison with the same period of 2007 and amounted to over 537 mln. rub.
204.3 mln. rub. were transferred to the local budget within 6 months of 2008, which is by 58% more than the same figures in January-June of 2007; 333.4 mln. rub. were transferred to the federal budget which amounts to 97% from the indicator of the last year.
During the first half of 2008 the average salary of the workers of the group of companies JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” grew by 13% in comparison with the same period of 2007 and amounted to 30 200 rub. In particular, salary of dockers now amounts to 37 100 rub.
