First, Second and Fourth Stevedoring Companies (included in the group of companies JSC “Sea port Saint-Petersburg”) signed the agreements prolonging the duration period of the existing collective agreements for three years. Agreements were signed with the consideration of the appendices approved by the employer and the employees as for May, 2008.
The agreements will come into force from October 1, when the duration period of the existing Collective Bargaining Agreements is over.

Collective bargaining agreements in the stevedoring companies of the group of companies of JSC “Sea port of SPb” regulate the social and labour relations in these companies. They provide the social guarantees for the employees and create favorable conditions for the employer’s activities. They are based on meeting all the requirements of the labour legislation and on the additional standards improving the position of the employees of the companies of the group and setting the higher level of social security system in comparison with the current legislation.
