Due to the reorganization by joining to JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (JSC “SP SPb”), CJSC “Third Stevedoring Company” (CJSC “TSC”) has ceased its business activity. Record about it has been made in Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” is the universal assignee with regard to all the rights and obligations.
In particular, all the personnel of CJSC “TSC” was hired by JSC “SP SPb” on the same conditions. All the obligations under contracts with clients have been also transferred to JSC “SP SPb”.
Reference: In 2010 the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” started the process of reorganization of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” by joining to it of three joint-stock companies: CJSC “First Stevedoring Company”, CJSC “Second Stevedoring Company” and CJSC “Third Stevedoring Company”.
Joining of historically and organizationally related companies controlled by one shareholder and carrying on their leading activity at the first, second and third areas of the port and creation of the integrated operator will make it possible to improve business management, decrease management and administrative costs and strengthen the competitiveness of services related to handling of cargoes in the Greater Port of Saint-Petersburg.
JSC “SP of SPb” will become the operator of the specialized car terminal with the total area of 5 Ha and annual capacity of 80 thousand cars on the territory of the third cargo area of the Greater port of Saint-Petersburg.
