Annual meetings of shareholders of the group of companies JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” (CJSC “First Stevedoring Company”, CJSC “Second Stevedoring Company”, CJSC “Stevedoring Timber Company”, CJSC “Fourth Stevedoring Company”) were held on June 22d.
In the course of the meetings the participants approved the annual reports on financial and economic activities of the stevedoring companies, annual accounting reports and profit distribution; elected the Boards of Directors and re-elected the Directors of stevedoring companies.
Basing on the results of 2006, it was resolved not to pay dividends to the shareholders of the companies, but to direct undistributed profit for the development of the joint-stock companies.
At the meeting of shareholders of CJSC “Stevedoring Timber Company” the participants approved the new version of the Charter of CJSC “Stevedoring Timber Company”, which presupposed the changing of the title of CJSC “Stevedoring Timber Company” to CJSC “Third Stevedoring Company” due to the change of the area of specialization. Also in accordance with the Charter the Board of Directors of CJSC “Third Stevedoring Company” was appointed.
Reference: Within the Investment Programme of the group of companies JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” adopted at the proceedings of the Board of Directors on May 16th, 2007, it is planned to construct an Automobile Terminal with the capacity of 80 000 cars per year in 2007 on the territory of Stevedoring Timber Company.
